Early life & Professional career
Mata started his football career at Real Oviedo. Before joining Real Madrid youth academy he practiced 3 years at Oviedo. Switching to Ream Madrid Castilla, he was given teh number 34 shirt in first team white wearing 28 number shirt in Castilla. He finished a good season by himself and he was the second best scorer at ten. He had a release clause at Real Madried during his last season the club.
